You may not know there are two methods of flat roof construction. These are Warm Roof or Cold Roof installations:

Warm Roof: Is where rigid insulation board is installed over the existing timber structure.

Cold Roof: Is where blanket insulation is installed between the existing timber joists.

More information on warm & cold roof systems can be found here

Our extension flat roof had developed a leak and needed attention. They came out and discussed all the options with us. We decided on a complete new roof including new boards. The team arrived, as agreed, and worked quickly and efficiently, tidying-up as they went along. The result was a new roof completed by a very professional team who we would highly recommend. The roof has been well tested, by recent weather, and does its job perfectly.
